My wife and I just closed escrow on our second house, both of which were through Liz. She was wonderful with our first as we stumbled our way through figuring out what we wanted and changing directions a few times. She gave us confidence in a process we knew nothing about. When it came time to sell our first house and buy our second she once again was there for us every step of the way. Professional, yet also very personable, she is like a family friend youve known for years. Shes someone you realize right away you can trust and count on. When it came to round two we had our house on the market, an offer accepted on it, escrow opened, an offer made on a house we loved, that offer accepted and escrow opened, all in less than 48 hours. This is obviously NOT how it usually goes but we knew exactly what we wanted and Liz did everything she could to make our dreams a reality. We got what we wanted, how we wanted, faster than we ever thought possible. There were a few small bumps along the road of escrow (at no fault of Liz) and she did a great job of negotiating a positive resolution for us. She is simply the best.

Liz was a pleasure to work with! After the Thomas Fire and the Santa Barbara Landslides, the house proved to be a difficult sale. Following Liz's advise, a series of price reductions eventually resulted in a sale at a reasonable price given the circumstances.
