Logan was great to work with. He figured out quickly what we were looking for in a house and we didn't have to waste time looking at houses that were not what we wanted. And when we found the one, he moved quickly to get the deal done. On the selling end, had Highway 94 not been flooded for so long, I have no doubt our old home would have sold much more quickly.
