Lori Richter

A lifelong resident of northern Wisconsin, I grew up on a farm near Chetek and live in the area to this day. My background of 23 years as an Interior Designer provides construction knowledge pertaining to homes and the housing industry. Working with homeowners over the years has honed my customer service skills. Communication is key in any relationship, especially when acquiring a home. I pride myself on open communication with as much involvement as clients request of me. Community involvement has revolved around art related projects. I have been part of the ArtScape on Main project in Rice Lake for the past 15 years. Recently, I was on the Historical Sculpture committee that brought a steel mammoth to the city of Rice Lake. I am married with adult children and one amazing grandson. We enjoy camping, kayaking and spending time with family and friends as much as possible. My spare time is spent creating art items out of steel and concrete – most of which is donated to local fund-raising events.
