Marc and Lorre are the best! When we made the decision to sell our home we spoke with multiple realtors. While most just threw a number out based on what they "thought" the house would sell for, Marc and Lorre researched comps and came with a marketing plan and a price they were confident the house should sell for, and it was substantially more than the other realtors thought. We listed with Marc and Lorre and sold for full asking price in the first week. Had we gone with another realtor we would have left money on the table. It was a complicated sale with buyers selling their home, three realtors and three states involved. Lorre stayed on top of things throughout the process to make sure closing was not delayed. Marc and Lorre are truly a blessing when buying a house. They both do a great job together as a team. I started my house hunting in the beginning of August as first time home buyer. I was working with a different real state agent that made me stop the search because I felt very pushed to buy during this hot market. Lorre had already emailed me and texted me offering their services but because I was working with another real estate agent I did not respond. I asked my lender if I could choose a different realtor and she said yes! She said you will know when the correct realtor is here to help you with the process. Since our previous house didnt have a garage, the lack of a garage at my Little Rock house wasnt an issue. I knew there was someone, somewhere who would not care whether or not there was a garage. However, when it became time to try to sell the house (3 attempts over 11 years) all the realtors I spoke with said it would be hard to sell without a garage, and that seemed to become the standard excuse for all of them. In 2019 when we decided again to try to sell the house, we interviewed three realtors. The realtors who stood out from the rest was the Marc and Lorre Team, which displayed a passion that I hadnt seen before, and the more we talked, the more I thought these might be the ones that would have the drive to sell our house. My wife and I met with both Marc and Lorre, and were extremely impressed. We signed a listing agreement, and the rest is historywe sold our Little Rock house and purchased another house in Fairfield Bay, AR within a 90-day time period. That is incredible! Plus, Marc and Lorre had to put up with my whining and self-doubt during the whole sales process. Due to some issues with the real movers after the sale, I had to rent a truck to take a few last items. My son was coming to assist me, but there were still a fair amount of items to move. Then Marc and Lorre stepped forward, and said they would come help too (after the sale!). They really had no business obligation to help me move stuff, but they stepped forward as friends to help a slightly aged man get completely moved out. Highly responsive to our needs. PCS season made easy. We had two locations in mind when we came out to buy a house with our toddlers. They provided snacks of choice upon request. We had lender problems and they provided a local lender that was more accurate with loan numbers eliminating the unnecessary tasks.
