Did not go above and beyond and had no real connection with us. She was nice at first but honestly her team did all the work with regard to viewings and we found our own listings online, she didn't present us with options beyond 'here's the website you can search for houses'. Communication was poor and when closing came it was a quick goodbye, seemed like she was happy to be rid of us. No thank you, no pictures of us with our new home, no follow-up call or card, no housewarming gift (not that this was expected, but the realtor for the other couple that bought our house was taking pics with them, brought them a homemade quilt, wine, etc.). We didn't get anything and it was really awkward. We didn't expect much but hearing about other friends/families experiences with their own realtors made us realize that she did not provide the best home buying/selling experience. Wish we would have sold by owner and saved the money spent on her commission.

I am a home seller, Lucy requested a showing - which I subsequently cancelled 6 hours prior to the showing. She receives email, text notification of this information instantly. She showed up anyway with her client - who took video/ facetimed with another person for most of the showing. (My home is listed as no virtual showings) I called the house and talked to Lucy - told her I cancelled the showing - did not want her there at that time - she fluffed it off and said ' its ok dont worry about it - your son is doing a fine job cleaning up. We are almost done'. NICE.........

Lucy was great in helping us find this wonderful home. Whenever we need advice on our rental home that we have we still reach out to her. She is very knowledgeable and honest. She was great and such a blessing to us. As long as she is in the business we will never try to find another realtor. She is stuck with us. The Mannan family
