Marc,I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your help with the sale of my father's house. I never dreamed it could be such a quick and easy process stemming from something as simple as attending one of your open houses!!! When you mentioned the possibility of having a potential buyer I gave it little thought. So many people in your line of work say the same thing!! But your word proved true, and for that I am so grateful. And while the actual move was painful and stressful (three weeks??) it was such a relief to get it over with and to be able to move on.I am aware that a situation like mine is not always the norm but you always were straight with me about the possibilities and as I got to know you better, I realized that you really did know what you were talking about!!!It was a pleasure working with you and meeting your wife and son. I am writing to express my recommendation of Marc Fitzgerald our real estate agent. We purchased a 2nd home in Naples Fl. Marc guided us through the entire process of searching for the right home, preparing an offer, several rounds of negotiations with the seller and their agent and closing the deal.
