Warning: Do not use this man as your agent or contractor. Marcellis Mosby has had numerous (bankrupt) companies. See : Marcon construction and repair, Niccree Contracting, Marconel Contracting, others I'm sure, I've had $15k stolen from me & others have had $100k's of thousands stolen. Good luck if you give him money, he'll just declare bankruptcy. He's a fraud and a criminal. It's amazing this guy can still start a business.
