Marcus and his team were able to take care of all aspects of the sale of our home. His photographer helped our home to shine beautifully in the listing, his attorney Addison Wilson negotiated us through a unique HOA situation, and we were very impressed with how our transaction coordinator Jessica and closing agent Shelley were organized and on-top of things. As for Marcus, he has an excellent understanding and pulse on the market. His price suggestion was on target and the CMAs he provided assured us we had the right range. He's a great communicator and responds quickly. Marcus and his team will get things done fast and provide excellent service all along the way.

The house was under contract within a week, and he was with us every step of the way, from giving us an impressive comp package to sitting with us when we closed on the house. Hes also helping us find a house, and hes just as good as a buyers agent.
