I enjoyed working with Bob and Peggy. They are professional and patient. They showed me at least a half dozen homes, all of which met my criteria, but they allowed me to make my own decision. They did not waste my time showing me places that did not meet my specifcations, but each location seemed to be better than the one before. They found a place that was exactly what I wanted and it was about 20% below the high-end of the range I had given them.
