- Maria and I connected, but did no business
I rented a home from Maria and she switched contracts on me. She advertised a home as Live/Work artist space and showed me a contract for the property. When I signed the contract she had switched it for one that did not allow residency. I thought this was very shady. She was a terrible land lady for the two months I rented and I would never do business with her again.
