I have known Maria for over 10 years. During that time I have used Maria for 3 separate transactions (both buying and selling). She is amazing!! I would call her an expert in her field, above any other agent I know (I worked in the RE industry for 8 years). She is quick to respond to questions or when issues arise. Her negotiation skills are top notch. She has saved us tens of thousands of dollars on our transactions. During a recent inspection roof damage was found and we advised we would need a new roof, we later found out the siding was damaged also. She called us up and let us know the bad news, but followed it up with the sellers would be replacing both at no cost to us. We were ecstatic!! I have referred her to everyone I know looking to buy or sell and all of them that have used her services have been completely satisfied. Not only is she an expert on regular buying and selling she is very experienced in representing sellers and buyers of short sales and foreclosures.She goes above and beyond for her clients 100% of the time and she truly cares for each one of them. We will be using her again in the near future as we move on to another adventure.

If you want a realtor that treats you like family and gets stuff done. She is the BEST realtor. She goes above and beyond for her clients to get them the home they want!! She keeps you in the process and doesn't leave you hanging for days, anything comes up she will notify you right away. I highly recommend her to anyone! She fought for me to get my dream home and she will fight for you to!!

I have worked with Maria on the sale of a home and the purchase of another. Maria knows the local market. She listened to what I was looking for in a home and only showed me homes that met my criteria. She never pushed me to look outside what I wanted or could afford. Not only did she find the perfect home for me, she took the time to explain the process, pair me with a knowledgeable banker and her negotiation skills far exceeded my expectations! She helped me purchase a home that was perfect for my family, much under my budget and helped me get a close date that met my needs. Because of her skill set, I have more equity in my home (after just 2 short years) that I ever could have dreamed of. Her ability to find homes to meet her client's needs while helping make sound financial investments exceeded all expectations in my book. I have bought two homes and also sold a home with Maria. I had previously worked with another realtor. Maria was AMAZING! I would never work with another realtor again. When she sold our house on the 2nd showing she put us at ease about finding another house so quickly. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, makes you feel like your her only client and best of all, she is FUN! I refer Maria to as many people as I possible can because I really believe she is the best!

Maria was a great guide in helping our family navigate the stresses of selling and buying in a tough market. Maria is one of the best realtors out there! She puts her clients first and is always looking out for their best interests. We were with a different realtor/company and there was no communication from them. We found out about Maria and met with her and we couldn't have been happier! She is an excellent communicator, is always positive and most important sold our house faster than we could have imagined and she was always willing to show us new houses anytime day or night! Maria was extremely helpful to us as first time home buyers. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and was very helpful in narrowing down our selection. She was always available and very good at getting back to us so quickly. She also had great advice through the closing process in how to best negotiate terms!
