I have been fortunate to obtain support and help from Mr. Mario Hesles to act as my realtor on a very recent transaction in 2018. This was the second time I have used the services offered by Mr. Hesles, the first being in 2012. On both occasions, I have found Mario to be most forthcoming, honest, and hardworking in attempts to meet each of our needs and fancies in purchasing homes. While my earlier memory of 2012 left behind a great and memorable experience which allowed me to renew my request for help, my recent interaction is more fresh and is something that I can definitely write about more precisely. The search for a home was very simple both times. Mario created a list of needs and asks that my family wished for in the home desired. This list afforded Mario and his team an opportunity to provide details of available properties that met criteria. Using e-mail, web based information, text messages, and personal calls, Mario kept us abreast of all details. Mario personally showed us all the homes that we desired, on multiple days that fit our schedule, always prompt, courteous, and kind to embrace additional thoughts, or to understand the reasons why we did not settle on a certain property even though it was well within the criteria. Upon selection of the home that was of interest, Mario pursued the agency and sellers to ensure that we would be offered the best deal over other bidders. He enabled all aspects of the sale/purchase. Using web based signature services and prompt emails backed by text messages and e-mail simultaneously, Mario ensured that the entire purchase process was smooth and efficient, being completed timely. While moving between properties and during interaction with various personnel at title companies and other interactions, I found Mario to have many contacts, well recognized and respected by his peer. His demeanor is extremely polished and provides a solid foundation for candid business. Our entire transaction was smooth and uneventful with no surprises or glitches.
