I am Marjie Van Der Laan, happy and thankful to be one the very few fourth generation Real Estate Brokers in the world. My family’s involvement in real estate dates back to 1935, so it seems real estate is in my blood. I hold a Real Estate Broker’s license in Oregon and Washington and a Realtor’s license in California along with being a Certified Negotiations Expert. I truly enjoy helping buyers and sellers work toward their goals and am an attentive listener, reading between the lines to help fulfill my clients’ ultimate goals – to find a home they will be happy with and love living in for years to come. I use my in-depth experience, negotiating techniques and knowledge about current market conditions to share towards the benefit of the wonderful people I have the pleasure representing.
