  • Marjorie and I connected, but did no business

      Marge Kennedy missed our appointment. She picked the day and time. I called her twice the, two days before the appointment, and she did answer or return my calls. I showed up. She wasn't there. I called her, only to discover she was with another client, at the time she told me to meet her. She explained that, unless I was willing to pay at least 1200/month in rent, there really aren't any nice options in town. "Trust me. I know this town," she said. Yes, I'll trust you like I trusted you to show up at our appointment. If there aren't any options in my price range, why didn't you say that when I first spoke with you? Highly disrespectful and unprofessional.
