He recommended everyone I needed to prepare the home for sale, did a market analysis for a good price, and received 9 offers in 2 days. He overcame two contracts that fell through for financial reasons and got a sale for the highest sales price in the building. We did all of this long distance. Mark is one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with in my 38 years as a real estate in 3 states near DC. I highly recommend him.
