I only used Mark Z. once when I was trying to sell a house I had remodeled as an investment. Mark was able to convince me that my price was unrealistic and what the market would bear at the time. This was at the beginning of the great recession. Fortunately I listened to Mark and sold the home in 3 weeks. I didn't make any money but I didn't lose any money either. In retrospect, I wish he had been my original listing agent. If he had been I would have made a nice little profit. Mark Z. knows the local market very well. You want this guy on your side.

A very caring realtor who always gets the job done! When I listed my condo for rental, Mark Z gave me a price. He then delivered on that price. In addition he manages the rental for me so all I do is wait for the rent check to be deposited.
