While I was desperate to find a rental apartment, and did not hear back from other agents, MK helped me very kindly and persistently until I secured a place. After I signed the lease, due to an uninformed problem from the landlord's part, my moving-in had to be postponed. MK followed up the issue very seriously until it got resolved. She definitely went above and beyond her duties and showed sincere care and kindness.
