Elizabeth Johnson, from the Hester group, was both our buying and selling agent. We bought our new house before selling the old one. It took about a year to find our house (see previous feedback). Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the areas and able to respond and get us in for viewings quickly. She was very patient throughout the process and never made us feel like it was taking too long. It was like house shopping with a friend! The entire process went very smoothly and was actually quite pleasant. The sellers were awesome. We absolutely love our new place! After spending several months doing renovations on the new house, we listed our old one. Elizabeth was able to get us the asking price, with 3 offers in under 48 hours. (during the ice storm!) She guided us through the negotiations and getting the house under contract. Where Elizabeth really stood out was in dealing with difficult parties. No one can predict how people are going to act. Elizabeth protected us throughout the process . She graciously handled everything. Real estate interactions can be unpredictable. It is important to have an agent who not only knows their business, but is also good at dealing with difficult situations. I am glad we chose Elizabeth!
