We recently relocated from Ohio to North Carolina. We called Meg on a weekend as we were on our way to North Carolina and told her we would like to look at some properties. Although she had no idea who we were, or if we were even serious about relocating, she quickly made arrangements for us to see every property we were interested in (and there were lots!) the next day. We made an offer on a property that trip, but unfortunately, we weren't the highest bidder.
