Melanie was great and we sold our condo above our asking price! The condo was on the market in 2016 and we had a deal but the buyer ended up backing out unfortunately. Melanie and her team were very understanding and worked with us to re-list the property when they thought the market was picking up again. The unit sold for about $10k higher than the previous deal that fell through! They used an app for the showings so we were able to get very quick updates on the schedule which was helpful.
