My husband and I were fortunate to have Melanie assist us in the purchase of our first home. Originally, we were looking in East Dallas or Oak Cliff. Melanie was amazing! I would have been a high-maintenance client regardless, but as a first-time home buyer, it was even worse. I needed my hand held throughout the entire process and I had a never-ending stream of questions for Melanie. She was always responsive and never made me feel like I was annoying her. She also helped with issues that weren't directly related to buying the house, like helping me find a reputable electrician to do repairs and she had wonderful recommendations for inspectors and other professionals. Even after we closed, she has been helpful and responsive in addressing little questions that arise. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Melanie was awesome in helping us purchase our first home! We are expecting a little one, so we were on a tight timeline and we had very specific wants/needs, making her job very difficult, Im sure. She went the extra mile to pound the pavement in the neighborhoods we wanted and ended up finding us a perfect place which was for sale by owner that we never would have found without her!
