All we had to do is tell Mike one time what kind of house we wanted and what we were looking for. He didnt waste our time looking at houses that did not fit our criteria and our needs.Before hiring Mike we had several other real estate agents that we worked with before. They didnt listen to our needs, they just wasted our time looking at houses that were not what we wanted and that were too expensive & above what we could afford.After we hired Mike & found a home we liked, Mike made sure that the transition was very smooth and easy on us. A little over 3 years and we are still here. We will definitely be going with Mike again. Whether we decide to sell or & buy in the future..

Michael made the buying process as painless as possible. He is someone who will go above and beyond for his clients and that was very apparent throughout the process (especially with our early morning, and late night text messages, phone calls, and emails). Buying a home for the first time can be overwhelming, however, he made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. Michael has a great team backing him that were able to crunch numbers to ensure our offer was within our means, and to provide legal advise when needed. We highly recommend him.

Micheal is truly great at what he does. He is a true professional and always kept it 100 % honest. Michael is the absolute best. Im pretty sure he was born to be a real estate agent because hes a total pro and I cant say enough about how truly wonderful our experience has been. We initially started the search for our first with an agent who was recommended by a family member. He pretty quickly set us up with email notifications for listings in the area. First strike was when we asked repeatedly to have the towns adjusted but each of those requests were ignored. Second strike was when we asked for more information and advice about specific listings that had open houses in the area, his response was that we were welcome to look into any listings on our own. Thats when we met Michael. He was friendly, welcoming, and gave us a detailed tour of the home. When we told him we had been in touch with another agent already but that we were unhappy with his unresponsiveness and unwillingness to help, Michael didnt immediately jump at the opportunity to steal us away he instead advised us on the different ways we could address our situation. He made recommendations honestly and truly in our best interest. That integrity continued when we finally broke up with our first agent (luckily we didnt sign a contract with him so we werent stuck with his awful services). Right when we asked Michael to be our agent is when our search truly began. He sat us down for a buyers and financing consultation to make sure he really heard from us what we wanted, what we needed, and how we were hoping to find our new home. He, too, set us up with listing email notifications, but he fine tuned them to our specifications, and he advised on criteria we couldnt decide on. We had a few tweaks later on down the line, and he always promptly adjusted. Michael was always in touch, always reachable, always happy to help, and ALWAYS working towards our goals. All in all, Michael is smart. He is kind, positive, honest, completely normal, and truly dedicated to his job. He also excells at making you feel like you are his only client . We love Michael and are forever grateful for the hard work he put towards helping us find our first home.

Micheal was my agent while looking for my new home just about a year ago. First time home buyer. Mike took me through the process quickly without a problem. Offered great recommendations for home inspection and purchase and sales lawyer. He worked well with the bank and sellers lawyers. I had to take a business trip to europe in the middle of the process and we still closed on time! I highly recommend Mike as a realtor.
