I used Distinct Realty to buy a house last year. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Even if you don't know much about real estate, they will answer any and all questions. Michael showed me about 75 houses day and night, and I never felt pressured to settle until I found the perfect one. He would have shown me 75 more and been happy to do so. Once I did find the right house, Michael helped me with all the steps involved from finding a home inspector to all of the documents and contracts needed. Everything was done electronically, which was very convenient. After the close, MIchael even referred a radon installation company. He has contacts for anything for your home. I was very pleased and happy with them. My 80 year old mother in law was trying to sell her house and went with Distinct Realty/Michael and could not be happier with the results. They take care of it all and it was the best experience anyone could ask for in buying/selling.
