I’m the Owner and Managing broker of Preferred Properties, and Real Estate has been my full time profession since 1994.
I guess you could say Real Estate is in my blood. I grew up in Washington Park the son of two Realtor parents, and I know what it takes to get the job done. I work harder, am more knowledgeable, and more experienced than the competition.
In addition to managing Preferred Properties I am also the top producing Real Estate Broker in the office. My sales volume consistently ranks me among the top 25 brokers in all of Denver each year.
