In 1998 I moved from Boston to Las Vegas to utilize my culinary arts degree and became a chef. After a couple years of cooking and renting apartments I decided that I should be a property owner and not a renter. I bought my first property in 2001 and immediately started saving for a second one which I then purchased in 2003. In 2005 I bought another. I then thought about my agent and how I was more involved in the home-buying process than the agent was. At that point I decided to get my Nevada Real Estate License. Since 2005 I have been a full-time real estate agent specializing in residential sales and purchases. Whether it be an investment property that requires a detailed operating budget or a primary residence my experience will not allow me or my client to overpay for a property.

  • Michael listed and sold my home

      Mike was my realtor for the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new condo We listed the condo I sold late evening on 10 March 2018 and I accepted one of several offers on 12 March 2018 and closed on 11 April, the same day Mike showed me the condo I closed on today. He is very knowledgeable about real estate in the greater Las Vegas area....and extremely professional and patient! I am thrilled that Mike was recommended to me. In turn, I recommended him to my neighbors who also sold 2 days after they listed their condo.
