Michael Mooney

Michael, whose bio claims to prioritize relationships, was one of the rudest agents I have ever crossed paths with. He was the seller's agent when we purchased our first home. He failed to provide keys at the closing meeting (possession was at time of closing), he neglected to leave the keys for us in the mailbox after telling us that is where we would find them instead of handing them to us at closing, and when he came to our "rescue" to try to get us into our home, he accused us of locking the home at walkthrough. To boot, he was incredibly hostile during this encounter. He eventually broke us into the home we had just pay for, albeit breaking the lock on the door instead of offering us a chance to call a locksmith first. This drama could all have been avoided had he provided ALL of the keys necessary at closing. We had two copies of the same key for the deadbolt, and we needed a key for the knob to get in. I was patient and willing to work with him until he came in prepared to argue with us about whose fault it could be instead of helping us solve the issue. Really disappointed about our experience with him, and having our first night in our new home tainted with his attitude.

Michael was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend. We will use him again in the future.
