When purchasing my home in 2009 I used the Stones as my buying agent. Deanna was my primary agent, she was always available when I needed questions answer. With this being my first home purchased in Florida there were many things that I was not accustomed too. After the purchase of my home Deanna help with Homestead questions and these too were all answered. The next time I need a Realtor the only people I will call will be the Stones!

I have purchased two homes from Michael and Deanna Stone and I will surely use them again in the future when we want to buy again. Our 1st property is now a rental property and is working for us by bringing in additional income! I recently sold my home in Winter Haven with The Stones. I've purchased and sold 3 homes in my life. My experience with Mike was by far the best, smoothest, and least stressful. He was confident and knew his stuff from day 1. He came to our house and did a thorough walk through. He informed us of what we should do to get the max value out of our house. He didn't push to sign a contract that day at all. He left and said give me a call when you feel you are ready. Well we followed what he said and it worked. We accepted an offer on our house on the first day it was listed! If and when we ever move back to central Florida I will without a doubt be using Mike.
