I first spoke with mike about 9 months before purchasing my first home. Unfortunately at that moment I wasn't financially ready to purchase but he told me whenever I was ready to contact him again. About 6 months later I contacted him again and told him I was ready. He was very knowledgeable and honest when we were going through potential listings. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and he always got right back to me or knew exactly where to direct me if he didn't know the answer. My family and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts and diligence with finding our forever home!

My wife and I were moving to Syracuse from Dallas. Despite some visits to the area, we were looking for home almost blind. Mike went well beyond the call of duty every step of the way. He helped us see the house with a video walk through due to the distance, provided us measurements and even connected us with contractors to help us address issues before we moved in. His knowledge of the community, neighborhood, and process guaranteed that our first home was our dream home!

Mike and I started my home buying journey looking at two different homes that fell within my financial range. The first one was not really me and I expressed my interested in a more rural place. He worked a very reasonable price with the seller, set up some specific negotiations to make this happen. He worked above and beyond to see that I got the place. Mike was with me right through the closing and I could not be more grateful. I am a first time home buyer and his presence and guidance made this journey not only exceptionally easy, but quite fun. He is a great asset to this industry.

Mike went above and beyond to help us find the home we were looking to purchase. We are out of town and Mike went out of his way to record and send my husband and I a video of the entire property. Mike negotiated for us, recommended and provided any additional assistance we needed. Mike is extremely professional and yet friendly like you have known him for years! This was the smoothest experience we have ever had and this is the 7th property we have purchased. Would highly recommend Mike & would absolutely request his services if needed in the future!

Mike was reliable and readily available. I am not easy to work with and he never once ignored my concerns or patronized me. He was sensitive, informative and professional. He was on time to every meeting and showed me multiple houses in one day. He became a good friend and I would recommend him to anyone.
