I worked with Michael Young just recently on a very stressful and time challenged bid for a property.Not only was Michael courteous, responsive and always available but he managed to secure me a house I had set my hopes on despite multiple bids and the need to move quickly as I had fixed plans that would take me out of the country.He managed to negotiate our offer and not only close the deal in record breaking time but had me on the way to the airport despite numerous complications along the way. Michael Young came referred by my attorneys office. I respected and appreciated their advice and contacted him. Still grieving the loss of my Mother but needing to perform my duties as Trustee of her Trust it was a great comfort to me when Michael took charge of the sale. He explained the process of how things would go and answered all of our questions, which put my mind at ease. Selling my Mothers home after she passed was an overwhelming undertaking for me but Michael helped me through the process. Working closely with Michael and his Executive Assistant to get the escrow closed even while I was out of state during the holidays was a unique experience but we made it happen. He was pure excellence from the very beginning to the very end, never missed a beat and kept me informed at all times. (I dont think the man sleeps). He got me very top dollar for my last house. I wish I had started working with him years ago. Ill never do another real estate transaction without him.
