Having worked with brokers on apartment rentals in the city I was skeptical at the value they provide but Michele totally changed my mind. She was thoughtful and creative and put time and effort into learning our taste - after a few rounds of pictures she zeroed in on exactly the types we liked.She met us multiple times to show us houses, picking some that pushed our boundaries the right amount but the vast majority were on point. She wasn't pushy at all and stayed in our price range.
