This is my third time selling a house in Albuquerque, and without question the best experience I've had. Michelle was very confident in her approach to the entire process. We invited her to provide input several weeks before listing, which she did. We followed through on her recommendations along with some planned updates of our own. After receiving five offers in about two weeks, we accepted one and closed on schedule. This was particularly impressive as we were out of the country for most of the intervening time, and Michelle worked diligently to ensure all inspections / repairs / hiccups were quickly and appropriately handled. I wish we had worked with Michelle when selling our last house. I know it would have been a very different (and much more pleasant) experience.

Michelle helped us sell my parent's home. We have bought and sold several homes in our travels and understand the process. Michelle was professional, energetic, helpful, and put lots of extra effort into her work. She zeros in on the important things and communicates well. I will not go into details, but besides doing all the normal things extremely well with a real flair for detail and quick followup, Michelle was a real asset in solving improvement needs, house presentation, solid and measured advice on the financial aspects, and all around help. We obviously appreciated her spirit and dedication. She did a superb job rates special recognition.

We were connected to Michelle Rohl through the Government relocation program. We were moving from New Jersey. She sent us many listings and scheduled showings prior to our arrival. Our needs changed and we decided to build a home instead. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the different builders in the area that we wanted to live. She set up meetings and we eventually went with D.R Horton. Michelle was there every set of the way from the signing of the initial contract until closing. Michelle always responded quickly to our questions and even reached out to us weekly to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. I think she was the perfect match for us and we are extremely grateful for her help and guidance throughout this process. She made it stress free.

Michelle Rohl was highly recommended to me by a very close friend who had used her services when selling her house in Paradise Hills. So I contacted Michelle when I was looking for a house for my daughter and grandkids. We wanted a house in the Bosque farms to Los Lunas area and one that was affordable for my daughter. Even though Michelle is based in the Albuquerque area she was able to search and recommend a multitude of homes in this area. The listings were sent to my computer for my review and then a walkthrough of any homes that we interested in was arranged. Michelle found the perfect home in Los Lunas for my daughter and the handling of all forms and signatures was again handled via the computer. Michelle was also instrumental in helping secure financing. The only time we were actually had to meet with anybody was at the title company and the final closing. I would highly recommend Michelles services if you are considering buying or selling your house. She is extremely professional in her handling of your needs but also very personable to work with.

Michelle is a wonderful realtor. She went well beyond the expected on selling our house. We knew that we were at a disadvantage in trying to sell and "empty house". Michelle used her own belongings to "stage" our home to make it more appealing. She would stop by randomly to be sure that all was in order. Twice she had to meet repairmen for us. I wish there were more realtors like her.

Michelle was a fabulous realtor! We have used her for not only 1 but 3 home purchases and sales in the last 3 years. She is very quick to respond and finalize paperwork. She gives very genuine advice and expertise which is so important for such a huge decision as a home purchase or sale. I have recommended Michelle to a couple of friends and neighbors. They all had great experiences with her as well as quick sales!

Michelle is very knowledgable of the market in that Albuquerque area. She is very in tune with what it takes to make your home sell and what is needed to assist in the sale of your home. Her marketing techniques to and knowledge helps with exposure to the buyer. She is great at giving you good information on comparables in the area and giving you an idea of what makes sense for listing your home properly so it will sell. She is very professional and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Michelle and would use her again if the need be. She is trustworthy and communicates every step of the way!!

Michelle was very easy to work with. When we spoke for the first time she explained how she always put the customers needs first. Through the process of buying the house I felt that she was always available for my questions and needs. When showing me houses that I was interested in she helped point out specific things that I was looking for and really payed attention to detail on the features I was looking for in a home. She also knew the locations very well. I have a daughter and she pointed out the different schools that were around and also places of business around the area. The grocery stores, restaurants, and even walking trails and parks. Everything was well explained and she was always available when I had any questions. Michelle was absolutely fantastic! I'm extremely picky about houses, and I would say I'm probably pretty hard to work with in that regard but Michelle was there every step of the way. She has a tremendous amount of experience and is really good about pointing out things I missed or didn't know so I walked into decisions informed. She was also always on top of the process and kept me updated on the progress etc. I would say the best part about the process for me is she was completely willing to try some long shots on contracts at my request to see if they would work. She is also really good at translating real estate mumbo into layman's terms so the rest of us can understand what's going on. I truly would recommend her to my family and friends.
