Mindy was great to work on both sides of our home buying am home selling experience. She always made time to answer questions, worked tirelessly with potential buyers, followed up on showing recaps with potential buyers, staged and photographed our home beautifully with her photographer, and made all aspects of each process as effortless as possible!

If you go with Mindy, you won't be disappointed in her expertise in real estate and your home selection! She is easily one of the most responsive people I know (I think she has her phone glued to her hand from 7am - 10pm, literally). From start to finish to aftermath, she makes you feel comfortable, helps explain the process, and genuinely takes your interests at heart. Mindy was fantastic! She sold my house of 30 yrs. in less than a week! I never imagined that would happen when I finally called her and said I was ready to sell. She started working the minute I called I think: staging, open house, documents, the works. The staging she did really sold the house. Her advice was spot on every time. Having never sold a house and hearing all horror stories out there, I was very nervous about how it was going to be, especially since I am in another city. But it was better than I could have imaged. She really came through. I highly recommend Mindy!

Where to start.... Mindy is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure this process was as smooth as possible. She had to deal with a lot from our builder but still maintained professionalism and helped us keep our eye on the prize. Building a home is no joke and having to deal with builders is another ball game but she got us through it and we couldn't have done it without her.
