      Very rude and unprofessional realtor MISON JUNG ( MICHELLE JUNG) of Realty One Group is the absolute WORST real estate agent I have ever come into contact with. She lacks professionalism and integrity entirely, and I would never consider doing any kind of business with a group that employs someone like this. As a first-time buyer, the real estate market was confusing and overwhelming to me. I contacted MICHELLE JUNG because she was the selling agent on a home that I loved and wanted to make an offer on. She took a few days to get back to me before we spoke briefly about my starting point for the offer. She agreed to represent me as a buyer and put in an offer for me. She told me that we would put together my offer once she began reviewing the other offers that came in the following day so that we could decide on an offer price. I never heard from her and never had the opportunity to submit my offer, so as time went on, I started to panic and called and emailed looking for a response from her. I finally asked her if I should utilize another agent to make an offer since she had not gotten back to me. She didn´t respond until about 2 days later after numerous calls and emails from me to let me know that the sellers accepted an offer. I never even had the opportunity to submit my offer. I couldn´t believe that she thought she had the right to prevent me from even putting in an offer. If she didn´t want to write my offer, she shouldn´t have agreed to do so, and should have advised me to use a different agent. Instead, I was prevented from even submitting an offer on a place that I wanted to make my home. I´ve never heard of any real estate agent treating their clients in this way. I would give zero stars if I could.
