When presented with a challenging listing Nancy is a total pro! We chose her to list my late mother's home in Detroit which presented its own set of unique challenges. The home was part of a trust with one of the two trustees (me) living in California. Not only did she create a beautiful and comprehensive listing with great photos, she handled all of the complex two-state paperwork expertly. To further complicate matters, the buyer lived in New York! This did not phase Nancy! And to her credit she sold the house within a week! We closed within 3 weeks! Great job and I highly recommend her!

Ms. Hackett undertook the listing following the unconditional release from a non-responsive realtor. The immediate actions included new photographs, updated listing details and a very successful open house. The property sold quickly and all business dealings were handled promptly, professionally and with a negotiated price that satisfied all parties. The best real estate experience I have ever been involved in.

We worked with Nancy selling our home in Farmningron Hills and she didna great job consulting us in what to do and what not to do prior listing the house for sale. She also helped picking carpet and paint and recommendet us with tons of contractor she used to work with. Most of them were much cheaper than the other ones we got quotes from.Whenever I had a question, Nancy responded very quick, even on the weekends. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommen her to anyone.

Working with Nancy was amazing. My husband and I were looking for our first home and we were a bit intimidated by the process of looking at homes and applying for a mortgage, but Nancy made it a breeze. She was knowledgeable and approachable, but most importantly, she was honest with us and gave excellent advice when we asked for it. Looking at homes with her was fun and enjoyable, and she always responded with a sense of urgency when we had questions or needed something. I'm glad we had Nancy in our corner!

She was consistently available, always followed up quickly, and provided good, solid advice; closing went smoothly due to Nancy's expertise in moving things along. Plus....Nancy is really, really nice.We can't say enough nice things about Nancy, and would highly recommend (and are recommending her).
