We gave Nate a list of criteria we wanted in our new home and he did an excellent job of listening to what we wanted and finding homes for us to look at that matched our criteria. He provided us with information about the local school systems, which was important to us. I got the sense, also, that Nate wants his clients to be happy with the home they purchase and to make a wise investment when they do so; those are his priorities - not pressuring people to buy something, to make a quick sale or to get people to spend more money.
