He and his team were very knowledgeable about the area and the homes that were shown to us. If there was a question, he could not answer he was prompt in obtaining an answer. Nathan and his team were very very thorough from the showing to the closing, which was above and beyond what would be expected. Great JOB. Highly recommended.

She started with us by looking at houses but we realized that to get what we wanted, we would have to build. Liz happily switched to lots and helped us find the perfect one. We tried unsuccessfully to sell our home for a year. After our listing agreement expired with the previous realtor, we interviewed several agents. We were most impressed with the aggressive marketing strategy Nathan proposed. We were especially pleased to learn he thought the home could sell quickly and for close to what we had been asking for the past year. In addition to presenting the local area comps, he explained what effect the hurricane had on the inventory. He introduced each member of his team and explained their role. Their full time jobs are to sell homes. He promised that they would give us frequent updates, and that he is goal was to get the best offer for us as quickly as possible.
