Being a first time homebuyer I was had no idea what I was getting into. Nick was very helpful with the process. I told him what I needed and wanted and he found the house I was looking for. Nick is a true business man. Always showed up on time and met every demand I had. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. I could not have had a better agent or experience.

Nick has been awesome. He's a realtor for the individual and their needs. We are selling and he has been honest and knowledgeable when we have asked questions. He's patient and understanding within ones needs and situations. Overall we chose him mainly because he is not pushy, just matter of fact.

Excellent real estate agent. Nick helped us with more than just selling our home. He helped us get contractors in to do work in preparation to sell our house. As a seller we were always in the know of what was going on. Our house was under contract within a week.

I first contacted Nick a couple months out from moving to the DC area. I gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and set a date to see some potential homes after we arrived. With only a few hours of viewing homes we contacted the seller of our favorite and began working on closing. The first agent that I talked to wouldnt listen to me when I told her the price that I wanted. She said you cant get that even though the house next to me sold for around that price.
