I had never sold a house before, and quite frankly, I was dreading the whole ordeal. I met with Nick Herzog and the ordeal never materialized. Nick handled everything in a very competent and professional manner. I recommend Nick to everyone!

Nick Herzog is one of the nicest young men I have met - he is sincere, honest, capable, energetic, and very willing to go the extra mile to help you. Our story is long, so will try and shorten - my daughter had a realtor who was terrible and she had already moved and I was 2 hours away also! She released him and I had no idea what we would do! So prayed about it and next morning I got a call from Nick - I had never met him and was pretty straight forward with him about everything! But he sounded like the man for the job - he even met me at the house one night on the way back from Little Rock to my home in central La! I knew when I met him it was the right instinct to let him sell the house! He was always helpful by answering any question, check on things, even did some paint touch ups for us! Well, end result, we had lots of lookers and sold the house soon! I would with NO hesitation use him and recommend him!
