Throughout the process of us buying our house, we felt incredibly secure and in control of the process because of her expertise and guidance. I never felt like I was annoying her and there was never a moment where I was wondering what was going on. She consistently checks in and keeps everything updated and on track with all parties! As a home inspector I work with lots of different agents. From the first time I worked with Nicole I knew she was different. While going through my inspection I notified her about some problems with the residence. While other agents would have said thats not a big deal please break it to the clients gently, Nicole asked that I tell them every defect, major and minor. She then told me that her clients hire her to find them their dream home and thats what she wants to make sure they get. If a client is not happy with their home a year later, she didnt do her job properly.
