My husband and I had an exceptional experience working with Nikki and we would absolutely recommend her! We had a very tight timeframe within which we wanted to buy a home and Nikki made it happen. Honestly, I didn't think it was going to materialize, but Nikki made the stars align. I really appreciated all her extra efforts to contact prospective sellers on our behalf, draft a "Love Letter" to woo homeowners to sell & canvas the neighborhood by door knocking on weekends. Nikki really went the extra mile as a professional and we had a lot of fun working with her. She made the process seem so effortless and enjoyable--- just like working with an old friend!! Nikki did a masterful job in staging our townhouse and selling it in a short timeframe and in a soft market. She made necessary repair suggestions, helped in finding contractors to do the work at reasonable costs, and coordinated staging items in order to present the townhouse in the best light. You can't go wrong with Nikki! She was so easy to work with...extremely attentive and always responsive when I had questions, or wanted to see different homes (even in the pouring rain after a snow storm)! When faced with an unexpected issue after making an offer, she was knowledgeable, timely and helpful in making suggestions/explaining options. It's nice to deal with someone who knows what they're doing. She's the quintessential real estate agent! I would definitely use her again and have recommended her to friends.
