There is not enough that can be said about the level of customer service Pam King offers her valued clients, and has for decades. In the changing environment Pam has represented herself as a true professional in the industry. I personally used Pam to buy a home in 2004 as a first time home buyer, then to sell it in 2017. She not only negotiated the best possible deal for both parties which was fair but had a hands on approach before, during and after the process was closed. Pam even dealt with inspection repairs and recommended professional she trusts to take care of me, and they did. In the end, it would have cost me so much more to use another Realtor and I do not feel I would have received 1/10th of the value. One thing that sets Pam apart and is a true asset to the Realtor profession is that she is great at working with the other Realtors as well as communicating openly and honestly with all parties. I have been a lender for 11 years out of the State of Michigan and her approach to her trade is unique and effective. Her professionalism and how she carried herself as well as talking with the other Realtor and being fair allowed me to relax and avoided the "us vs them" mentality that I typically see with Buyers and Sellers. Pam's experience in staging a home, marketing and negotiating the final contracted offer allowed me to receive the highest market value in my area for my unique home which was remodeled, with another Realtor I feel since I was out of state the sale of my home would have been dealt with the path of least resistance as opposed to the best for me. As I mentioned I am out of state, but when I have the opportunity to refer Pam any referral partners, buyers or sellers I can confidently do so. Joe Spears
