I accompanied my daughter and son in law on Saturday to your agency to look for a home to rent. They are relocating from the Seattle, WA area. We had no contact with Pam Knieper. Started out with Vickie who provided great inter-action. Vickie's knowledge of the real estate business as well as a friendly attitude was confidence building for us. Then came Meloni who continued the great inter-action and display of business knowledge. Meloni's background knowledge was mind blowing. Her straight talk about the good and bad points concerning the homes she showed us was great!Have recommended both of these ladies already and will continue to do so in the future.

I actually worked with Mike Tullos at Kneiper Real Estate. He worked way harder on that little bitty land deal than I would have ever expected from an agent. If Mike is any indication of the Kneiper team as a whole, they are solid gold. I wouldn't think of using a different agent in the future. 5 stars isn't enough.

Suzi Lewis has been helpful during the purchase of a condominium in Granbury, TX. Negotiations were conducted long distance from out of state. Suzi is very knowledgeable and stayed in touch during the purchase process.

Meloni is one of those people that you are automatically drawn to. She was dedicated to finding a home for us over a long period of time. She told us that she wouldn't give up and she didn't ! Sharp organization top down. Many real estate firms in Granbury are run as a hobby and their results reflect such. Knieper is run like a real business and they have professional results. You will do yourself well in choosing them.

Great company to work with. Good team effort, rapid response, lots of patience on showing many homes and properties. Very knowledgeable, knows the market, very personable, would recommend to friends and family. This review was rejected but I don't know why. We haven't purchased a new property yet but are still in the market. We'll continue to work with the Knieper Team because we really like the service they have given us so far.
