I met Pam when I was visiting Duncanville, Texas and managing the estate of my great aunt. Pam was the local real estate agent that was recommended to me by several sources in Duncanville.She met with me while I was visiting as I live out of state and only had limited time to manage the house sale of my great aunt.Pam was extremely efficient and effective and I felt very comfortable that the house would be sold quickly. As I expected, Pam had several offers on the house within a matter of a few days. She emailed with spread sheets with the data and helped me make educated decisions. She would email and text me through the days, keeping in mind the time change of my location in Portland, Oregon and she helped address all issues with the house that were needed in order to complete the sale. She was amazing with her local resources and wealth of information.
