5 Stars- Pam and Peter Kendall helped me find a new house and helped me sell my old house. They were incredibly helpful and helped in every aspect of buying and selling. They couldn't have been more helpful! They even assisted me with finding a fencing contractor to have fencing installed and met with them when I couldn't be there.They have made a very stressful chore (as moving always is) a lot easier and smooth.

They were fierce advocates for us and our interest up until the final hour, and went out of their way to communicate and provide additional support as needed. They were very knowledgeable and patient as we search for our dream home, and I never once felt they were trying to make a sale. They genuinely wanted us to find the home that was right for us and when we did Pam negotiated a fabulous deal for us! The selling process was just as smooth and our home sold for more than I expected! Both Pam and Peter were very responsive and accommodating through the whole process. They always went above and beyond, even after contracts were signed!

I give Pam five stars. I was already dealing with the stress of two complicated estates at the same time.As we get older we don't deal with stress very well and I knew that I had to sale one of the estate homes. I did not live in the home, I was two hundred plus miles away from the home, and I knew I was not capable with all I was dealing with of making numerous trips back and forth to the home. I called Pam, met her at the home and another realtor to interview. I liked Pam's realistic approach. I wanted to naturally make a nice profit, but I also knew that I could not continue dealing with the house and my main objective was to get these estates closed.I had all these awful visions of traveling back and forth because the home had to be staged, emptied, and some repair work done. Well Pam just stepped up to the plate and arranged everything that needed to be dealt with. I just gave her a key to the home and she worked her magic from there. She took so much stress off of my overwhelmed self. She is very pleasant to work with, and knows her field of expertise well. I felt like Pam was more than a real estate agent. I think she genuinely tries to get a feel for her clients situation and then puts forth the effort to make it a smooth transition. She took care of every detail, sold the home in a matter of days, and I would highly recommend her.
