  • Pam listed, but didn't sell, my home

My experience with Pam Finkelstein over 9 months was very poor because: 1. She has NO marketing plan, spends no money and was proud of it telling me "If ypu want marketong get another agent." 2. She told me that she could not sell a home that wasn't renovated. There fore her presentations of unrenovated homes focused on negative needed improvements. 3. Her work was sloppy-for example she had three views of my laundry room on the internet and did not know it. The picture card she sent out on my home did not have the complete address. 4. She freely closets and redistrubutes your possessions while you are out of town and has no idea of where your things are afterward. Some stuff we never found-not very trustworthy. 5. Two months after we got rid of Pam we sold our home.
