Pat was my agent to help me sell my brother's house. He is a senior with cognitive problems who had fallen on hard times during COVID. The house was a wreck and Pat stood to gain very little from the sale, yet she treated us like it was a million-dollar listing. Her advice resulted in selling the house for more than I thought it would sell for. She was very compassionate and went out of her way to help arrange for my brother to move directly from his home into a senior community. She was honest, extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about the local housing market. If you are looking for an agent who is honest and genuinely cares about her clients, you cannot do any better.

Pat and her team made my process of selling my dads house as easy as possible, it was a probate sale and our lawyer asked me to find a Realator with a history of such sales, I am so glad we chose Pat it was her checking in every month or so to check on the court process that let me know she was going to be our agent. I cannot recommend Pat enough. She worked with my daughter a few years ago to help them purchase their first home and she recently helped us sell one of our properties. She is always professional, very responsive via both text and phone, and she is very knowledgeable about the market and how to best represent your property. Selling our most recent property could have been very stressful, but Pat was able to work with us in our unusual circumstances to make the process as smooth as possible. Her and Veronica were amazing to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. We hope to work with them again in the future!
