Purchasing our home through Litchfield Realty was such a pleasure. Patty helped walk me through the process with ease. My husband and I were relocating from WA to NC due to the military. We knew we wanted to buy a house. Being a first time home buyer I did not know where to begin. Upon doing research I came across HomeLight. This company helped me get set up with a reliable realtor. Later that day Patty personally called and we discussed the needs and wants of our desired home. Fortunately, I had months to research to find a good area and what type of house we wanted. Unfortunately, some of the houses I had mentioned to her from the website were already pending offers. I would recommend using other home search engines to research the homes for more up to date homes along with their's. Patty knew we wanted to get our house before we arrived. She gave us a nice timeline of what needed to be done in order for this dream to become a reality. Her team was fantastic. Tammy helped out tremendously with explaining the VA home loan for us and making everything as smooth as possible. Right after hurricane Florence hit, they got right on doing some video tours of the houses that I had liked. My husband and I arrived to NC the day before we signed for the house. The morning of the signing we saw our new home for the very first time. Everything went smoothly. They made buying a new home as stress free as possible.

Being an active duty soldier free time during normal business hours is hard to come by. I value the fact that Patty and Kaylynn were available when I needed them to be. Patty has been amazing through the whole process! Being a first time home buyer any fears I had left my mind when work with her and her team. Bottom line: Patty did in 9 days what 3 other realtors couldn't do in 6 months. I first used a friend's suggestion when listing my Raeford rental property in Feb 2017. After being tossed around between 3 different realtors at the same firm, none of whom I think was a realtor full time, I took the advise of my property manager and hired Patty. After some initial consultation and photography, she listed my home for sale on August 9th. On the 18th I accepted an offer, last week we closed and I received the equity check 2 days later.
