Working with Patricia was such a pleasure. When we decided to begin looking in Cape Coral we were not very familiar with the area but knew wanted to leave on the water. The first time we met Patricia she spent the entire day with us. She knows the area so well and we did not waste anytime viewing the properties she had not recommended to us. She had a great way of sharing her opinion with me and my husband without trying to change ours. Working with Patricia to find a new home in Cape Coral was a great experience. We had worked with other realtors in Cape Coral and had almost decided not to buy here but luckily we happened on Patricia! She understood what we were looking for and didn't waste our time looking at unsuitable properties. She negotiated a purchase price that was right for us, organised the survey for us and was there again with us for the walk through. Not only did she help with our purchase she was a mine of information about the area, both before and after we bought. We bought our home in April 2011.

We met Patricia when we were just looking at houses - she was at an open house that was way above our budget. She was very nice and inquired about what we were looking for and what our price range was. We gave her our information and she called us. She had a list of houses and drove us around to look at them. When we decided we didn't want to buy, but wanted to build, she took us around looking at lots. Patricia is very pleasant, has a good sense of humor and is very patient. We ended up buying a lot that she showed us. We had already been to model homes at the parade of homes , but she got to know us and knew what we wanted and took us to a model home we had not been to. It was exactly what we were looking for. She goes above and beyond - she took pictures of our house being built as we live in another state, she helped us try to find a rental place for the winter. If we need anything she is always willing to help. Patricia has become a good friend and we are grateful and lucky to have found her.

Patricia did a super job upfront before I listed property for sale by giving me much info. on values of similar lots listed or sold. She was much more helpful than other Realtors I contacted prior to listing. We sold the lots for much more than anticipated, and I feel it was due mostly to Patricia's efforts.I am sorry I can't thank her in person.
