Patrick was AMAZING! We trusted him from beginning to end. We initially met Patrick at an Open House and he worked with us for over a year. Through that year what we wanted (location, type of home etc.) really changed...and he was patient in helping us figure out what we needed. We literally were all over the place, East Cobb, West Cobb, Mableton, Smyrna...and he did not hesitate in looking in each of the locations. THANK YOU for your patience. Once we got really serious and Patrick had found our DREAM home...he was there from beginning to end. I really began to rely on him. He came when we needed contractors to look at our future house. The biggest and worst part after we had closed on our home is that I didn't get to work with him anymore. He became more than just our real estate guy...he became a friend! :) I cannot give him enough stars and hope that this review helps you choose him.

I initially asked Patrick to tell me how much I could get for my condo, 2 days later, it was sold. I explained to him what I was looking for, and our search began. He constantly kept me in the loop. With a hot sellers market and my budget the properties were not to VA standards. After a month, 3 counties and a slight budget increase, Patrick found me a place in the neighborhood that was selling faster than we could get showings before it even came on the market. He negotiated on several properties for me with one due diligence refusal. He was always explaining the process. We closed on the home I wanted because of his diligence. He is also a very good person. I will recommend him to anyone who needs an agent.
