Awful. I do not recommend Patti Keir. She said she would help us find a home when we were in town from out of state. I told her what we were looking for and she said she would have homes for us to look at. When we got in town she didn't reply to emails of calls and left us without a realtor when we were short on time and needed to buy that weekend. Very upsetting and unprofessional.

Patti is a dishonest and inexperienced realtor who misrepresented a home she had listed. She committed fraud and will soon lose her license as a realtor. Because of her dishonesty and inexperience, I purchased a home that is filled with toxic mold and is uninhabitable. She lied to my realtor and said that the three prior contracts had fallen out because of financing. She did not provide the 3 prior inspections reports as required by law. She was aware of the damage to the home and not only did the seller not disclose all the problems with the home, but Patti herself did not disclose the information she knew about the home.

She is an amazing Realtor. Went above and beyond to help my family find the perfect home.
